Statement of Intent (SOI) Form
To get a loan from NADF to start-up, expand or acquire your business, you have to fill in this form. This form tells us everything we need to know about you and your business including your contact information, type of business and personal funds available for investment (equity) etc.

Local Initiatives Fund Application Template
If you are a First Nations community or non-profit organization looking for funding for a small local economic development related project in any of the 33 comunities we serve as a Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC), you might be eligible to receive a grant of up to $5,000 for your project.
Our partnership with FedNor provides us with $75,000 annually to fund small local economic development projects across Northern Ontario (33 Communities we serve as a Community Futures Development Corporation). We are able to provide grants of up to a maximum of $5,000 per project. These projects may include feasibility studies, cultural events and marketing initiatives to name a few.

Writing a business plan is one of the most challenging steps to take when starting or expanding your business, so we've created a guide to help you write a winning business plan in less time. Our business plan outline contains an overview of what most business plans should have, including (but not limited to):
- Applicant information (Client's contact info, resume, ownership stake, community profile, etc.)
- Project description (Type of business, products/services provided, strengths & weaknesses, etc)
- Cost estimates (Equipment & land appraisals etc)
