Contest Rules
COMPLETE THE 2011 NADF CLIENT NEEDS SURVEY AND ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN
- One (1) return airfare for one (1) person on Wasaya Airways or Air Creebec.
- Contest is open to persons, 18 years or older, who complete the survey. Only one (1) entry per person/household.
- Grand Prize is one (1) return airfare for one (1) person (maximum prize value $1,800.00, including fees and taxes). Winner must choose a regularly scheduled flight from one (1) of two (2) carriers: Wasaya Airways LP or Air Creebec. Prizes must be accepted in their original condition and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash.
- To enter, include your first name, phone number and/or email address in the survey
- Contest entries must be received by May 24, 2012. Winners will be drawn on May 25, 2012 and notified by June 1, 2012.
Winner agrees to permit Nishnawbe Aski Development Fund to publish his/her name and/or photograph for advertising or publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

The first fifty (50) entries will be entered into a second draw to win one (1) of ten (10) IPOD Shuffles.
Any contact information provided to Nishnawbe Aski Development Fund (NADF) will be handled as per NADF’s Privacy Policy and used for the purpose intended 1) contest administration and/or 2) respondent has requested NADF to provide additional information in the survey. All other survey responses will remain anonymous and survey results will be rolled up into an final report by Small Business Consulting Services for use by NADF.
