Need Financing for your Business?
If you need financing to take your business to the 'next level', NADF will help you choose a financial product that best matches your business requirements.
As a developmental lender, we'll help you come up with a customized financing solution that will help your business thrive, whether it's a long or short-term business loan. Plus our repayment plans are 'flexible' with interest rates directly related to the nature of your business project.
We offer financing assistance with:
- Loans (Term & Bridge Loans)
- Contribution Financing (under INAC's Aboriginal Business Canada Program - ABC)
These two financing products are offered in partnership with FedNor and Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) who provide financing and business counseling services for new and existing businesses.
Financing is based on:
- Eligibility requirements (Age, First Nation, Application deadlines, etc.)
- Credit Rating
- Overall review of your business plan
- Collateral
- Viability of your business plan
- Entrepreneurial character
To qualify for financing, you need to have a business idea, business plan, equity (personal funds: 10% of your project's worth-minimum) and a completed NADF Statement Of Intent (SOI) application form. It doesn't hurt to have good credit either. Call us immediately at 1-800-465-6821 to see if your business qualifies for financing. You can download our SOI form here to get started.
3. Leasing- We provide leasing opportunities to Aboriginal entrepreneurs at the retail and industrial level. We can help you obtain equipment for a variety of businesses – from restaurant equipment to point of sale systems (POS), ATM's, fuel tanks and pumps etc. We get quotes from major suppliers and manufacturers to ensure you get what you want, at the best price possible, plus our leasing rates are competitive with those of other leasing companies.
